I've dedicated the last ten years to making the web a nicer place.
For me, being a UX designer was a natural path. Every day I get to do what I love—solve complex problems, have great conversations, and build beautiful things.
In the last few years, I've explored the big scary world of managing a team. I've found that being a good leader and a good UX designer have a lot in common.
All great design starts and ends with the user.
The ultimate goal of any great UX team should be to make even the simplest of interactions as pleasurable as possible. The only way to truly accomplish this is by getting to know your users' needs inside and out, and innovating and iterating with them in mind.
