When I’m not eating, I’m busy worrying about how and why your users are interacting with your content.
My job includes helping to see large scale digital projects through from conception to launch and building and managing a team of extremely bright and talented individuals.
As a UX director, I've helped lead collaboration between both internal teams of UX strategists, designers, developers, and project managers and my clients. My team’s responsibilities include discovery and user research, personas and experience maps, information architecture (often with complex technical hand-offs), marketing and content strategy, prototyping, design collaboration and critique, and usability testing and product quality assurance.
With the help of my team, I've made large, complex digital experiences with multiple target audiences feel personable and easy to use.

My UX process and ideology is documented on my Process page.
I've spoken at Confab London 2013 and Confab Higher Ed 2015 about some of the content hurdles in Higher Ed.
I have also contributed to Graphic Design: The New Basics, Indie Publishing: How to Publish Your Own Book, and Urbanite magazine. You can read about some of my thoughts on user experience on my blog.
